The Raw Energy Program relies heavily on the skills and contributions of volunteers. Our aim is to offer an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all volunteers where they have real opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young carers.

Here is some information about possible volunteer roles!

Supervision for Social Recreation Activities

We are looking for enthusiastic leaders to be part of the Raw Energy social recreation activities. Although a big part of this is supervision, it is a great opportunity to have fun and get to know the group members.

This is a very rewarding and exciting role that provides many opportunities to make a difference. It is also and extremely valuable source of experience and learning for anybody that would like to work with people.

Administration Support and Event Organisation

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the work that makes Raw Energy services possible. We are looking for well organised and reliable individuals to assist us in the administration of this program.

Education Support

The Raw Energy program recognises that young people in a caring role are significantly disadvantaged in their education. We are always on the look out for volunteers that may be able to offer some support to these young people.
